A Great Leader

                            A Great Leader

Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah who is called a great leader
of the Muslims of South Asia, was born in Karachi on 25th of
December 1876. He received his early education in a local school.
Later on, he entered into a Missionary high school and passed the
Entrance Examination. Next year he went to England and returned
after four years as Barrister-at-Law.
His work for Pakistan is very great. First of all he was the member
of Indian National Congress. He worked for Hindu Muslim unity.
But later on, he joined the Muslim League. He worked day and night. On 14th August 1947  India was divided into two states India and Pakistan. It was a great success for Jinnah.

The Quaid-e-Azam was a very wise man. He had an independent
judgement and opinion. He decided everything in the light of
reasons. He never allowed his passions to interfere into his affairs.
His arguments against or in favour of a matter were very clear and
convincing. Through this great quality. He failed the Hindu
intrigues and the English mind and succeeded in his attend to that
we don’t find enough time for the beauties of nature to enjoy them.
“duty first” is the main idea of this poem.

My Country

                           My Country
The Name of my country is Pakistan. It came into being on the 14th August, 1947. The Muslims of Indo Pakistan had to make great sacrifices to achieve Pakistan. Karachi became the capital of Pakistan after Independence. Quaid-e-Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah assumed the office of the Governor General. But he did not live long and he died on the 11th Sepetember, 1948.

Pakistan is basically an agricultural country. A great portion of
population depends on agriculture. The ratio of urban population is
still very low in Pakistan and most of the people live in villages.
Most of the population is illiterate. The present ratio of literacy is not more than 25%. The people living in villages are very simple and hard-working. The Muslims are in overwhelming majority. But people of other religions enjoy equal civil and political rights. Urdu is the national language of Pakistan. The national dress of Pakistan is Shalwar-Kameez. When Pakistan came into being, it had no resources. It was poor in all respects but in course of time. Pakistan made a great progress. Now we have set up many industries in the country due to the efforts of the people and the government. After 1998 nuclear tests Pakistan became the first Islamic Atomic country in South Asia.

Islamabad is the capital of Pakistan. Karachi is the main seaport,
Lahore is famous for its historical buildings like Badshahi Mosque and Jahangir’s  Fort.

My Favourite Personality

                                My Favourite Personality
My Favourite personality is Hazrat Muhammad (S.A.W). Why do I like, because of his simplicity, honesty and gentle ways. God chose him as the last of His prophets. His parents had expired in his infancy. He never mixed up with bad boys, nor he abused to anyone. He was loved and praised by everyone. His boyhood as well as youth was very poor and pious. Because he always spoke the truth and took care of trusts of people thus he was called Sadiq (truthful) and Amin (honest) through out the Arab. Impressed by his truthfulness, an Arab wealthy women hazrat Khadija offered him to marry which he accepted.

He spent most of his time in prayer and deep thinking. He practiced what he preached. At the age of 40, when he was busy in pray in the cave of Hira near Makkah the angel Gibrael brought him the first message of God. He declared that he was a prophet of God. He began to preach Islam. In those days the people of Arab were idolaters. He asked them to warship the one and true God. They opposed the new faith tooth and nail. Conditions worsened when the infidels to kill him. He migrated to Madina. The people of Madina whole heartedly welcomed him.

Many battles were fought against the infidels soon Islam spread far and wide and is overcame the whole Arab. The Holy Quran was revealed to him in 23 years (13 years in Makkah and 10 years in Madina). This Holy prophet passed away when he was 63. He illuminated the world with the teachings of Islam. I love and praise him because he is praised by Allah in the Holy Quran.
